1. Tech Support I

The Tech Support I position is an entry level position that serves a partial customer and administrative support role. This team member plays an integral role is supporting customer satisfaction levels by making sure no customer need goes unanswered, delegating requests that they cannot perform upstream.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries by phone and email. Inquiries include questions about our products and basic tech support needs.
  • Assist clients with new website setup.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as needed by management.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to create and manage task lists to delegate work and to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Collegiate level communication, spelling, and grammar skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Docs.
Preferred Experience:
  • While no specific experience is required, applicants with customer service experience are preferred, and experience with WordPress CMS and DNS settings is highly preferred.
Required Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Reporting Directly:
  • This position is not responsible for any directly reporting employees.
Upstream Managers:
  • This position reports to one manager.
Pay Range:
  • $17-20 per hour.
Position Frequency:
  • Hours are provided as needed, this is a very part time position.
Travel Requirements:
  • This is a remote, work-from-home position. Office meetings are conducted by Zoom, and will be required on an as-needed basis only.
